What We Publish

RewriteBar articles are practical guides for people who write in everyday tools: emails, documents, product pages, essays, notes, support replies, prompts, and internal communication. A good guest post should help readers improve a real writing task.

Grammar, punctuation, clarity, tone, editing, and proofreading

Business writing, email writing, cover letters, and professional communication

What We Do Not Accept

We do not publish guest posts whose main purpose is link building, broad brand promotion, or unrelated SEO coverage. If the article would not help a RewriteBar reader write or edit better, it is not a fit.

  • Casino, gambling, crypto, adult, payday loan, or essay-writing-service content
  • Generic SaaS, marketing, or productivity posts without a strong writing angle
  • Articles written mainly to place a backlink
  • Thin listicles, rewritten posts, syndicated content, or mass-produced AI content
  • Press releases, product announcements, or articles that read like sales pages

Editorial Standards

Strong submissions are specific, useful, and easy to act on. They should feel like a thoughtful writing guide, not a generic content marketing article.

  • Write for readers who want practical help with writing, editing, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Use clear examples, templates, checklists, before-and-after edits, or step-by-step guidance.
  • Support factual claims with credible sources and link to the original source whenever possible.
  • Keep the tone useful, direct, and editorial. Avoid hype, filler, and inflated claims.
  • Submit only original work that has not been published elsewhere.
  • Disclose meaningful AI assistance and fact-check the final article before submitting it.

Links and Disclosure

External links must serve the reader. We may edit anchor text, remove links, or add rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored" where appropriate. We do not accept hidden sponsorships, keyword-stuffed anchors, or links to pages that do not directly support the article.

How to Pitch

Please send a short pitch before submitting a full draft. The best pitches make it clear who the article is for, what problem it solves, and why it belongs on RewriteBar.

  • A proposed title and short summary
  • The reader problem the article will solve
  • A brief outline with the main sections
  • One or two relevant writing samples
  • Any requested external link and why it helps the reader
